iv been told by my own midwife and doctors in hospital im most likely to have my baby early (37-3 weeks..was just wondering if any of you ladies have had any of your babas at 37-38weeks,and how did they do,were they in special care, how long was it before u got home?,was baby ok?, thanks

Why would they tell you you're going to have the baby early? That's not exactly a predictable thing unless babies head is in the birth canal.
ETA: you should be fine though should you have baby then. Term is considered safe.

That's really not early. Its term. No call for concern.
However, to answer your question my last two children were born at 37w on the nose and both had to be under the bili-lights for jaundice for 24hours.

A lot of doctors tend to tell their patients they will have their baby earlier then 40 weeks. A lot of the time it's not true. But if you were to have your baby now or later your baby would probably be fine

Take it with a grain of salt. My youngest was born at 35+5 but the doctors kept telling me I wouldn't make it past 28-32 weeks. I can't tell you how many times women on here have been told they'd have their babies by 37-38 weeks only to go overdue.
Onthe bright side, your baby will probably be alright. Most babies born at that gestation spend little to no time in the NICU and rarely have complications. There's always a chance though. Babies born after 39 weeks do much better (statistically) than babies born at 37-38 weeks.

There is absolutely no way for them to know if you'll go early, it pisses me off something fierce when I hear them saying that because they can't possibly know AT ALL! I was told at 29 weeks that i wouldn't make it to the end of the day but hey lets have 48 hours as a goal (water ruptured, contracting every 3 min., dilated to 3 cm, bleeding from a previa), when I made it to 48 hours they said great, but we will be seeing you before then end of the week. Then I made it another week and at my appt with my doc he guarranteed me that I wouldn't make it to my next appt.....he said this every week until I delivered 3 days shy of my due date, they can't know for sure, they just can't. I had two babies born at exactly 38 weeks and they were both fine with no time in NICU.
