Numbness

Sorry for pretty much making like a daily post on here, it's just that this is my first time being pregnant and I naturally have questions about everything.  


OK so this morning I woke up really early and my left arm and left leg were completely numb - no numbness on the other side at all. I got it to go away but when I stood up it came back (thank god the bed was behind me or else I would’ve fallen over), is it possible the baby was laying on a nerve or something? I probably wouldn’t have thought TOO much of it if it was just my leg/hand but considering it was both I was super weirded out.
I'm 18 weeks, will be 19 weeks on Tuesday.
Also, I’ve had no swelling of feet/hands/anything and when this occurred I was laying on my right side with my right hand underneath the pillow.
I will talk to my doctor about it as soon as I can, just wondering if anyone else had this happen?
