Child Cant Sleep

have a 3 1/2 year old who was severly sick in April. Ever since then he wakes up 2-3 times a night sometimes screaming for me. Now I am lucky if I can get him to sleep 6 hours at night. He wakes up sometimes between 2am-4am and Im lucky if I can get him to go back to sleep.

Anyone have any suggestions of what I can do.

My son did that for the longest time. Every night at 1 he would wake up crying. I took about 3 months but he eventually stopped

Its been 8 months. He use to sleep fine.
