Exactly, i mean theres 30 year olds oit there that are worst parents than some "teen" moms.

I do not recall government assistance being brought up at all....

at 13 you are still a child. They have no business even thinking about raising a child. Their focus should be on school, playing games, and having fun. Not worrying about if this baby is going to keep me up all night, and where they are going to get the money to buy some diapers.

Why shouldnt my kids turn out like me? I was married before I got pregnant, I had a job to take care of all of my childs wants and needs. I had my own place, and I graduated college before I had a child. I am fantastic person my husband and I made fantastic little people. They would be lucky to turn on like me. PLUS I am a hot piece...ask anyone who knows me on here, they will tell you I am an awesome person.

No one ever said parents who arent teen parents were better parents. In most cases 20-30 year olds have their smurf together more than a 18 year old.

I believe she can of she's the biological mother. At least teens could sign legal documents for their children when I worked at the hospital but not themselves

I was told as long as they were the biological parent (and we had several who were 13 and 14) they could sign legal documents
