You need to think of your child though. I know you're scared, but don't be. The nurses will help you through the birth. You won't feel a thing if you get an epidural. If you happen to need piton for some reason, it's not as bad as people say it is.
Stop being scared!

My doctor already told me that she may have to induce me...if I don't have him this week, she was going to next week. Not scared of that
They wouldn't let me go to L&D because my contractions weren't close enough   I'm going in today whether they like it or not...the contractions never stopped, they just haven't gotten 5 minutes apart yet.

Good. You need to be seen right away. Do some walking to encourage those contractions

Just waiting for the actual doctor's office to be open since L&D won't see me...ugh.
I am walking when I'm not trying to sleep...I've walked around the house like a million times and I'm so bored with it! lol I'm hoping if I go into labor today it waits until after 3PM though because my man is at work...

You're in early labor. They cannot refuse to see you when you're leaking fluid.

EXACTLY!
What I've been saying all along. I've been through this plenty of times this pregnancy! They're not allowed to refuse you. This can harm your baby. Who cares about the contractions, fluid is coming out. You need to be seen.

Well just got out of L&D...still no little man
Cervix is super soft (whatever that means) but water apparently didn't break? Nurse had no idea what liquid came out, but wasn't my water leaking...soooooooo I'm home waiting for labor to begin again

Thinking I'm gonna beg my doctor to induce me tomorrow instead of next week...I got asked if I was sick or something today because I look like I'm dying lol Hopefully she'll induce me tomorrow and I'll have my little guy soon

Your cervix being soft just means that you're getting ready for labor. But it could be soft for a while before anything happens.
Did they test the fluid? Did the nurse stick a swab up there to test it? If not, then (no offence to the nurse) she's an idiot. That's the only way to test and make sure it is or isn't fluid (unless your water broke completely.
With your first, they usually don't and won't induce unless it's medically necessary. You can always try, but I honestly think he will say no.
He will come when he's ready. The longer he is in there, the better for him. He needs as much time in utero as possible. Keep in mind, your due date can be off by TWO weeks, not matter what ultrasounds say.
I had DD at "36" weeks....no she was only in me for 34. My due date was wrong. So keep that in mind. I was also told (by ultrasound) she was going to be about an 8 pound baby at birth, she was 6 and dropped to 5 immediately. They lie. So keep him in as long as you can. The longer, the better.

She did the swab test...it came back negative.
And my doctor has already told me she wants to induce me next week if he's not out by then. I can't hold food down, I can't sleep, I can barely move, Ive fallen over/passed out just walkin the store for no reason...even if my due date is 2aeeks off, I'd be almost 38 weeks when he came out which is still okay. Honestly my doctor is surprised I've made it this far...my body does not like being pregnant and everyone has expected me to deliver him early

I think you're just in really early labor. Try walking and sex.
