Is your belly getting tighter (by touch) & how long has your back been aching? I had back labor. Was not nice!! I bleed at home, got to hospital & my waters broke [i am high risk & I was 29 weeks along]

My belly has been hard for a couple of days...that's not really new.... And my back has been aching since about 3:30 this morning. My contractions are about 10 minutes apart, as far as I know...I took a nap and I'm not sure about when I was sleeping... Ugh!

You stll need to go in. You were leaking. That's not good for baby.
I would have been there a LONG time ago. You can get an infection

I was gonna...just have to wake my parents up again and probably call the doctor's office to make sure what entrance I'm supposed to use...

I'm going to...I just kind of had to convince myself that going in was actually a good idea, I wasn't just paranoid.

Not trying to sound rude, but why are you procrastinating? Once you walk into the hospital they'll direct you to l&d. Who cares if you wake your parents! I would be banging on the door demanding to be driven to the hospital. You can't go more then 24 hours with a leak/water breaking.

ETA: I had back labor for about 8 hrs. When I woke up as I said I had bled & got to hospital 45 minutes later, I laid on the bed & bam!! 9 hrs after my black labor started my waters broke, I had my daughter 3 hrs later [her head got stuck being so small & I needed assistance]!!

That makes no sense! It's always a good idea to go in when you're leaking. And contracting......

I'm procrastinating because I'm terrified of giving birth (a little late...I know lol) and I don't want to go just to be sent home. Been there, done that. We don't have the gas to do it again   I have no problem waking my parents up...my parents would be pissed if I didn't wake them up. I just have to do so

I've been contracting since 35 weeks...that's nothing new. My doctor hasn't been worried about it.
And I've gone in because I thought I was leaking before and they sent me home...I wanted to be more sure this time because I don't want to have to go back home. I want to go in and just get my little man out

If they send ou home, they send you home. Thats what happens to a lot of women towards the end. They'll monitor your contractions also.
You're scared to give birth? If you're getting an epidural, you won't feel a thing. So don't be.
I'd rather be safe then sorry. Especially since an infection can harm the unborn child.
