Are you still leaking? Head in anyway and make sure its not fluid. Just because you're not contracting regularly doesn't mean you shouldn't get seen!

The stupid hospital won't see me or take anything seriously unless I've been having contractions every 5 minutes for an hour straight   It's annoying but I can't change their stupid rules
I've leaked a little more and my back is like constantly aching (lacking a better word)...so I'm confused on what to do

You may be having back labor and not feeling it. Always get checked when leaking fluid.

You need to go in. They need to see if it's fluid. If it is and you don't get it looked at, that's bad. Don't wait!
When you go in tell them you're leaking and its more and more since this morning.

Yes, not to scare you, but it could eventually lead to infection. And baby needs to be monitored.

Exactly!
I was leaking around 16/17 weeks. It wasn't good. I was hospitalized and monitored. My cervix was open and the Dr was worried I would get an infection. Thank god I didn't. Eventually it closed up and stopped on its own.

But this sounds like your water is starting to break. If that's the case, baby needs to be born within 24 hours (from my understanding).

That's mine too.

And dang, you're lucky!! I've heard if it doesn't seal the best they can do is hold labor off about 5 weeks. I'd be a nervous wreck.

I believe it's correct.

I was! I was devastated. I was put on bed rest since I went into preterm labor 3 times. Luckily, nothing has happened since around 20 weeks. Finally convinced my Dr to let me slowly get off bed rest since I have a 1 1/2 year old. He wants to induce at 36 weeks. A couple appointments ago (since I go weekly) I told him I want to push it to 40 weeks if I can. He wasn't to happy with it but said "well see when you're near 36 weeks".

But seriously OP, you need to get checked! You really don't want an infection or anything to harm your baby. They will test the fluid and see if your cervix is open to see if it is fluid. The worst they can do is just send you home if its not fluid. Tell them your water is breaking. They can't refuse you.

My dad is currently getting gas so that we can get to the hospital...but I haven't leaked anymore for an hour or so...basically gotta make sure we have enough gas to get there and back before I go in..my brother used all the gas getting to work and it's the end of the month so money is kind of tight :/

Even if you stopped leaking temporarily that means there is a hole somewhere that probably hasn't closed up yet. That's dangerous to baby.
Good luck!
