contractions

Okay so I can't sleep. I am sore in my pelvis, my legs ache and baby is low. I am 35w2d. I had a contraction at 5:55am, 5:58am, 6:02, 6:05 and now at 6:09. I was just wondering if that's normal or should I go to L&D to get checked out?

Call and aske. Usually, under 5 minutes apart you should go in.

Judging as that would be premature labor...I would go in.

I also just had another at 6:12. Thanks i will call. I was jw since it is still early.

It is early, but if it is labor, and your hospital is like mine, they wont stop labor since you are past 34 weeks, some its past 36 weeks. Good luck mama!

Should I wait til about 7am or so and keep track until then? Last time this happened they stopped on their own before I got to the hospital.

I'd wait till 8. My doc said under 5 minutes apart for 2 hours then go in. If they don't let up by 8, get to the hospital stat. You are kinda in the middle of nowhere lol

drink 4 tall glasses of water and lay on your left side and see if they get less over he next hour, if not, go in to be checked

Reynoldsburg is just a few mins outside of columbus. I'm about 5 mins away from the nearest hospital. About 15 away from mine.

Oh do you mean like pataskala area? Yeah that's not too far from me. I'm actually right smack dab in the middle of everything. I live right off 70 east so luckily i can get to the hospital pretty quick if i have to.

I haven't had a contraction since 6:24 so i think they are going away for now. Now i just have stabbing pain in my crotch. :/

And ouch, i hate that pain :/
