I've never been in this position, smurf I havent even had a real pregnancy (just chemical :/).
You seem to have a smurfing awesome head on your shoulders though. A gorgeous one at that! Ive seen your posts before and your personality is amazing! Beautiful baby bug too

They don't have to tell you how far you are if you don't want to know. I mean I don't know all how planed parenthood works just because I went to a different place but they were very nice and made sure I could not see the ultrasound.

I am sure money is not super easy for you right now but if you can pay a little more to go to one of the places that will put you to sleep I think things will be much easier.

IDK, that is my biggest regret not knowing how far I was. I always think about calling them to find out. But I am sure if I knew I would find another thing to regret. But I went to the nicest place I could find.

I know this is an expensive thing but I really think it is the type of thing that you need to find the best place even if you need to pay more. The place I went to would not let me see the ultrasound, maybe if I asked but they did it so I could not see and no sound.

Some of my friends when to more affordable places told me they could see and hear the ultrasound. I think that is mean, why do they need to make people hear that

I hope she gets put to sleep for the procedure because that makes it so you just go to sleep and wake up and it is over.

Good luck with your choice. It is yours and no one else has the right to judge you on what you decide. If you hate taking pills for BC try the Nuva Ring or an IUD. If you are wanting to wait to have more children I would go with the IUD but that's just me. Good luck

I read ur recent post too. Mistakes happen. I was in the same position last year. Except I did cheat. And I had EVERY sign that I was pregnant. EVERY. But then three weeks late (which never happened)y period came. I would have aborted if I was though. Don't stress mamas. Things will eventually get better. Patience. I'm waiting for better too

there are other birth control methods besides pills. get on the depo. its fine as long as you can control your weight while on it. (you get HUNGRY without actually being hungry, that causes the weight gain, not the shot itself)

I was really freaked out about taking a pill every single day too. But after starting birth control I was like, "Really? This is what I was so afraid of?" They made my face clear up wonderfully and that was about the only side effect I ever got from them. Birth control is your friend :-)

i wont judge you, if you feel its a NEED then get an abortion. its sounding that is the way to go for your situation cause it will definately cause more turmoil if you decided to stay pregnant and give it for adoption.

I was in a situation like this. I felt like I was on jerry springer when I found out I was pregnant. I didn't know if I was pregnant with my abusive SO who I was with at the time or someone who I knew for 5 year and reconnected with.

I had a hard time making my decision since I had a daughter about 17 months at the time and her dad isn't is the picture at all and wasn't supporting my child at all.

I believe my choice was the right one although sometimes I get vey emotional about it. I know now that judging a women for her past is the worst thing you can possibly do. I in 3 women have an abortion you are not alone.

I had an abortion when in March 2010, SO & I had only been together for 7 months and were a little rocky. He freaked, I freaked and we decided it was the best. In Ohio, they do an ultrasound and determine how far along you were. I was real unlucky and had a bitch nurse who showed me the ultrasound, told me I was 10 weeks along with what looked like a little girl ( I still doubt she could tell that) and gave me a heart rate. Walked out bawling my eyes out and it took 2 weeks to stick with my heart and abort. I now have a 15 month old that's the most perfect thing I've done in my life.

But since I was so far along, I had to be knocked out to do it and I think that was for the best. I don't think I would have been able to take pills or be awake. Also have heard terrible horror stories about that pill.

Go with your heart and don't worry about being judged. Only you can know what's best for you and your daughter!

If it makes you feel better, the is NO POSSIBLE WAY she could tell the gender from an ultrasound at that gestation. <3 I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.
