Actually the INternational RIGHTS of a Child include a Name.
Every Child has a right to a name and to be a member of a country.
The child shall be entitled from his birth to a name and a nationality.
Ohh & What about when they go to school before they're Old Enough to choose their own Name? Far less if you end up HAVING to put them in Daycare? Or put them in Preschool Activities!
