Why not just name him penis or nutsack? It's the same concept. Names are just names, so why would it matter?

Every human being should have a name. If you name him John, it's not going to make it anymore difficult for him to change it later on. Honestly, most people don't dislike their names so much that they want to change it.

I agree though. Bad idea in the long term. Smurf 3+ not such a good idea. Even if you pick a generic name now and change it down the line. Like Pete, Tom, William etc.

I don't think you have to name the baby before you leave the hospital. If you really, truly can't come up with a name you like, give it a few days and get a feel for what name would be a good fit. But don't name him Noname. That's ridiculous.
