I was wondering if having one ovary would affect getting a bfp? Should i wait longer to test?

No, not unless you didn't ovulate...then you won't get a bfp. Once you ovulate the ovaries work is done...its all about fertilization and implantation at that point.

That would only be if you don't ovulate every month out of it. Once you ovulate and its the same as every other cycle. It you don't ovulate you might not have a period...doesn't mean you won't though.
