Trying not to stress...

posted 24th Nov
I'm 10 weeks today and I only have a few symptoms. IE: some cramping, sensitive boobs, and fatigue. I saw and heard the HB at 8 weeks, 1 day and baby looked great. My due date was moved forward a bit and they said they don't need to see me again until I'm 16 weeks (which will be in Jan)

My job is very labor intensive and I cramp more at the end of the day. It's in my vagina and it feels like someone has punched me right in the vagina. I called my doctor and he told me to take it easy. If I can rest, do it. etc. I'm concerned that with my loss of symptoms and cramping, maybe something is wrong with the baby. It's probably just me stressing but I don't know what else to think. Any ideas/words of encouragement? :/

Its normal for the symptoms to decrease the closer you get to 12 weeks. I was told that the risk of misscarriage is practically 0% when you see the heartbeat at 8 week. Its a much bigger step than seeing at 6 weeks. Just try to relax and not stress. I am sure you are fine!

Breath! I also have a labor intensive job but was told it wont effect the baby-only myself. I think its normal to be scared like this early on since we dont have big bellies to calm us. I'm sure everything is fine. My doc suggested I get a belly band to support my stomach/front muscles more for work...maybe this will help?

thank you both for your time and support! I'll look into getting a support band and try to calm down!

I had horrible cramping in my first trimester and it would get worse being on my feet i would say it's just all the ligaments stretching and with you having to be so active and on your feet it's pulling more of those muscles. hope you feel better!
