Quoting SniperWolfMandy:" Wow a size 2! If that happened to me I'd still be wearing my jeans and not size 8 stretchy pants. I ... [snip!] ... pants. I was 110 lbs at the beginning and I just hit 150 thanks to the great thanksgiving cooking I've been devouring. lol"

I was a size 0 and 100 lbs before I got pregnant so i was pretty sickly looking lol! I've gained 30 lbs but it's all in my belly and unfortunately, MY ASS LOL. I CAN wear a regular size 2 but they are so uncomfortable because of the way they sit on the belly, so I stick to my oh so fashionable (NOT) maternity jeans

Ugh maternity jeans. I have a few pairs that I barely wear. I prefer my stretchy pants because they fit way better.

They do! The only thing I hate about stretchy pants is the same thing that makes them wonderful... they stretch
So after wearing them all day they sag...
lmao sorry this was not the point of the post!

It doesn't matter. I am not small but my pelvis is small and DD at 6lbs couldn't fit through. Don't listen to that nonsense. Of course there is always the chance you may not be able to deliver vaginally, but that's for many women of many different sizes and shapes. Good luck!!
