so sadd

I got my cat when he was a kitten. when i was 37 weeks pregnant with DD. He was my best fur friend, and always cuddled me when i was down, and was soo funny.. he just got hit by a car, and died immediately. im having a bad day as it is, and im absolutely devastated

i am definitely a cat lover and would be thrilled to have many of them. im already stuck in the hospital atleast overnight. im sure me stressing over him being gone isnt gonna make my situation stop, but he was my second baby, im bawling my eyes out, and my nurse keeps telling me, "its just a cat"

You're not lame at all. Pets are like family to some people (me being one of them). If my cat died I'd probably go into a deep state of depression, not even kidding. Just looking at your post kinda makes me wanna cry.

So sorry for your loss momma.
I lost one of my cats a few weeks after my now two year old was born, and I was inconsolable. Felt like losing a member of the family.
