Becoming very attachted

My little girl is 8 weeks old and since as of three days
ago she wont go to anyone else but me, she just cries and cries
until i take her, she wont even go to her daddy, any idea on why
she'd be doing this? thanks

Because she's a baby and wants her mama lol. It's normal, she'll probably be attached to you for a long awhile  

Because she just spent 9 months secure in your womb. Your smell, your touch, your voice, the rush of your blood, the beat of your heart are all home to her. She's seeking comfort so she wants what she knows, which is you.

Because you are her mama.   She hasn't been out of your belly long!! It's normal.

Thanks guys, of course that makes total sense :-), i'm a first time mummy and am just unsure on somethings, i love holding her as much as she likes, but hopefully she warms up to daddy soon!

I wish my son was like that.! Instead he only wants me when his daddy is not around. As soon as SO gets home from work he wants nothing to do with me unless I'm BF him! I'm just a milk supply! Lol
