I agree with the person above me when they say that they see legs in those two spots. I don't think the legs are the two smaller things because that looks way too small for 27 weeks and also makes the rest of the picture make no sense at all. This IS confusing! If I were you I would get another ultrasound to make sure. The way I see it, if I am right, it looks like it could be a boy or a girl. I can show you my girl ultrasound

I'm having girl, and that looks NOTHING like her gender pics, so i say boy.

That is confusing and a horrible picture. my ultrasound picture of my baby boy was super clear at even 18 weeks. she should have tried to get a better view than that. i'm not really sure on this one sorry >.<

This was my daughter around 27 weeks as well. I think the position she is in is the same position that your baby is in in your picture. The two smaller lines that you might think are legs are probably arms, or one may be an arm and one may be the umbilical cord.

I dont see where you have the 1st leg... I see the legs where you labled "space alien" lol... and where you put the balls, is where i thought the butt was lol

She is too far along for the baby's legs to be as small as they would be if the "space alien" was legs. The ultrasound of my daughter that I posted was around the same time in my pregnancy as her ultrasound picture is.

I think it is a boy and the arrow is pointing to the penis. I think the "leg" on the upper part of the pic is actually an arm. I don't think that what you see as the butt is actually the butt.
I would agree with the u/s tech!
