Sprint iPhone 4S?

Anyone selling one? Some smurf stole mine yesterday and I'm super high risk and have no house phone, so I absolutely cannot be out of contact with my doc and/or husband on a regular basis, so I absolutely need a phone ASAP. A friend is loaning me her OLD phone, but I'm hoping to replace my 4S with something similar so that I can have access to my medical records, doctor's contact info, etc at the touch of a button again.

PLEASE help me out!

If I buy from you, I'd like to have the serial number so that I can call Sprint and verify that I'm not buying a stolen phone before we transfer money, etc. Payments will be made via PayPal so that I am protected, just in case.

OMG. We have a different provider so im no help, but seriously who does that?! Any hope of getting it back? Do you know who stole it?

I have a Verizon iPhone 4 for sale, I'm pretty sure there's someway to transfer companies on the iPhone as well, but you'd have to ask Sprint if there's anyway they can do that, lol.

P look at your local military base online grage sale we get some that pop up.

Random stranger at Walmart. Police are looking for him and Walmart security guy is looking at the store footage for me (I have a description and such and know when and where he picked it up).

Just hoping they find him, but basically ZERO chance of getting it back.

None listed except for one and the guy wants to TRADE, not sell. Craigslist is also not helpful. Everyone wants $300+ for their used ones and I can get that for one from eBay for the same price that is certified by a respected seller instead of from random guy. I have an ebay seller who even sent me a serial number so I can verify that its not stolen BEFORE I buy it, etc.

So, we're looking at $300-$400 to replace it

I've been told it CAN be done, although Sprint and Verizon both say it can't. But I would have NO idea how to do it and would have to hope Google could help me out.

How much would you want for it? Its just a 4, not a 4S, right?

Do you have insurance on your phone? Are you currently under contract? I know if you switch to verizon right now, new contracts can get a 4s for $99

No insurance, just AppleCare, which doesn't cover loss/theft.

And I have 14 months until I'm eligible for an upgrade OR 18 months until I can cancel my contract without paying a butt-load.

And just about all companies have it for $99 with new contract. If I knew anyone who was eligible for an upgrade and didn't want to upgrade (IE was happy with their phone) I'd get them to do the upgrade, me pay for it, then they could give me the phone and we'd just transfer it over to my plan and they could go back to their old phone (all totally legal)---but I don't know anyone eligible or anyone who doesn't want to USE their upgrade for themselves.

I know you can jailbreak it and do it that way, but I've heard there's a MUCH easier way to do it.

But yes, just the 4.. and it's updated with the ios6, so the only thing it doesn't have is siri. And I'm really not sure, you can make an offer! It's in near perfect condition, I only used it for a few months as a filler phone, I had a screen protector on it the entire time and a case on it 98% of the time.

I don't think I'd pay more than $100 for it since I can get a brand new 4S for $300 online. And I would have to figure out if I could actually use it before I would buy it.

This might or might not be helpful, but they have magic jack which basically is a phone jack that hooks up to your computer. Don't quote me on this, but i think it's about $7 per month. That way you can use something between now and when you get a replacement phone.

I am due for an upgrade dec 1st on sprint.. I have a iphone 4 but it's only 8gb and not the S. I wasn't going to upgrade, but if you wanted to pay the $200 for me to upgrade I will give you mine. It's in great condition and has a case on it. I know this isn't much help but let me know

It should only cost $100 for the upgrade. I'm not paying $200 for a 4 when a 4S is $300 brand new. Thanks for the offer, though.

And, from what I hear, being jail broken doesn't guarantee i can get it activated---and definitely can't if its AT&T or Apple (vs Sprint/Verizon)

It's sprint network. I don't want to sign another 2 year contract though unless I upgrade to a iphone 5.. which is $199. Hope you find someone!
