I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant! I have 3 kids under 5, i work full time as a nurse and I'm already super tired, don't know if I can continue to work so much. We were not trying to get pregnant but trying to think of this as just another blessing!

Thought they always said if you werent using birth control you are trying?  

Maybe cut down hours a little bit ? Congrats I think ?

This pregnancy was a surprise too but now that the dust has settled we are absolutely thrilled.
