14 weeks

My DS is 14 weeks old and still is yet to laugh out loud. I'm starting to worry. Is it normal?

Normal. My son had his first belly laugh at 3 months but daughter didn't have an out loud laugh until almost 6 months.
Babies are all different.

Yeah, it's normal, babies develop at different rates. Before you know it hell be laughing at everything  

I noticed every time I start getting worried about DD not doing something, shed all of the sudden do it lol.

Yes... My daughter is almost 6 months and still only laughs every once in a while. I don't think she laughed out loud until around 4 months or maybe a little bit after, I'd have to look in the baby book.
