I bought my Dad a Michael Kors watch for Christmas. Decent quality for the price, and some are on sale right now, too. A wide variety of styles from casual to business, IMO. For your budget, I'd go with MK over the other ones suggested. It's not my favorite brand for watches but the price and quality go hand in hand. It's worth it.
