Has anyone else ever done this work out. What are your inputs?
I gained 65 pounds during my pregnancy I went from 120 to 185 at delivery. I just weighed myself and I am 136 I wanna get back to 120 and I also wanna tone. I'm trying to watch what I eat but I suck at it lol. I love food too much!

Just google it! Lots of info online. I know there are a number of 30 Ds threads on BG too. It's got 3 levels, from what I recall. Most people spend 10 days on each level. It's intense, but not too intense .im no fitness freak, and was able to manage the first 2 levels. It's a good workout with Jillian michaels. I any remember the time for workouts but it wasn't long... Maybe 30 mins or so?
