Second period or...?

I had my period Nov 9-13. It was super heavy. Now I just started bleeding again, red blood. What gives?

As in Sept 13 th? If, so I would expect it to be heavy AGAIN! Are you certain as to why your cycles are not normal?

I.had my period NOVEMBER 9th through the 13th. My cycles are 32 days, perfect, and have been for at least a year

Not that you won't have a unusual cycle because you will at some point.. It is definitely to early to be a period- if your ttc or have had unprotected sex it maybe IB? Its a wait and see! Are your period usually as heavy as you described your last one??

We have not had unprotected sex and are NOT TTC. No my last one was unusually heavy with lots.of clots.

Sounds like you should see your PCP! It's NOT normal for you!
