custody question.

I'm all for my BD dating. I couldn't care less, but if I were to file for custody would the fact that he recently started dating my sister make a difference?
It's the main reason I want to file as I don't want my son to see his aunt and dad kissing, or if they were to have a kid it would be his cousin and sibling, I'm not okay with that.
If he was dating anyone else like he has been I wouldn't care. So it's not out of jealousy or anything. I just don't think it's an appropriate relationship for my son to see.

I wouldn't think it would make a difference. The law can't tell you who you can and cannot date. Gross though.

Whether you have a custody agreement or not, it won't change that he can kiss whatever girlfriend he has in front of your son. (ETA: your sister, though, ick.)

You could always make it where he has to come to you to see him while you're not under a custody agreement. I wouldn't want my kid seeing that either. And way worse if they have a kid together.

While that's all well and good, that will hurt OP's case in a court, I think.

Oh wow, I am not sure but that is really messed up on your sisters part.

This whole thing makes me so upset. I didn't care at first. He lives in a hotel across country for work so he never came around. He has only come around since he started seeing her, but I figured cross country they wouldn't last because I know how both of them are, but now sshes moving out with him.

They both do.
He initially said that if I was going to file for custody over it he would end it.
But now he's saying that he makes way more money than I do so he would be able to afford a better lawyer than me.

Well, regardless, the first person who files usually has more leverage. So make sure you get on it first!
