I think you misread my question. I never said anything about forward facing or rear facing him. There are a lot of seats that will rear face and forward face. He is about to out grow the weight limit for the car seat he is currently in. I didn't ask for an opinion on whether or not I should forward face my child or not, I asked for a recommendation for a seat that will last but that doesn't cost a small fortune.
