the muscle you use to stop your pee in mid stream is the same muscle you use for kegels. just basically try to make your muscles in your vagina tighten.

Do them by tightening up your muscles down there. 0_o
If you're unsure practice how to do it while you're urinating - it's the same way that you stop the flow.

Put a finger into your vaginal opening and try to tighten the walls around them. If you can feel them tighten then you are doing them correctly.

This is normal for like 1 in 3 or 1 and 4 women not being pregnant. I am on baby #4 and have problems with leaky bladder when pregnant but everything seems to go back to normal for me a few wks after giving birth. Also, I know there is a surgery they can do to fix it if it continues to be a problem after giving birth. My midwife told me that usually more pregnancies = more bladder problems.
