Does any one know what maybe causing this pain?!

Its this pain in the middle of the right side of my abdomen. Its like a dull pain but almost like its in a small vice and it hurts pretty bad. It goes away for a bit but then comes back.

I get cramps there sometimes. How long has it been going on?

kidneys? Idk, mine start dull and crampy, sometimes stops, sometimes turns into a horrible infection  

i had that same pain before. it ended up getting worse and it turns out it was a bacterial infection. if it doesn't go away soon or gets worse, go to the doctor! i had to take antibiotics.

  That's kinda what I'm thinking.

I had a kidney infection and that part on my front/a spot on my back were really sore.

It's been happening for like a week and a half. See I went to my OBGYN because my right ovary was KILLING me and it was going up into the right side of my abdomen, they did and ultrasound on my ovaries and uterus, they said I has some fluid in my uterus which is caused by two things, infection or a ruptured cyst and with the sort of pain i was in last week i'd say it was a ruptured cyst but anyway my ovary has stopped hurting and has since monday, but the pain in my mid right abdomen is still hurting and it almost feels as if its getting worse.

They won't be able to tell if its a kidney infection by doing a pelvic swab will they? They took once on monday and im waiting for the results to see if it was an infection to cause the fluid in my uterus.

I don't believe they can tell if it's a kidney infection from a swab.

They'd need a urine sample.

Well come monday when I call for my results i'll let her know i've been having this pain on my side. Maybe they will check it out for me. Ugh sometimes I just hate being a women! Thanks for the advice ladies.

If it comes in waves it could be kidney stones. that's right where my pain was when i had one
