Ideas to make me feel better

On Wednesday I started feeling really sick. Just really nauseous and tired.

On Thanksgiving I didn't eat anything but maybe two bites of something and then that night is when the fun started. I woke up at around 1 AM puking. It wasn't much, just bile seeing as how I had nothing in my stomach. I spent that whole night and most of yesterday morning puking ( it came in waves). After each episode I felt better for the most part. Which TBH never happens, because normally when I'm puking I puke and am down for the count. ( Think it has to do with the anxiety I get from puking).

Well last night around 1230-1 I started puking again. Once again just bile, because I refuse to eat. And here I am now, still feeling like I'm going to puke at ANY given minute, kind of just wanting to puke so I feel better.

Any ideas on what will make me feel better? What about hot green tea? Idk. I've never been sick to my stomach this long before.

Try Dramamine. Be careful though it makes you super sleepy!

Breastfeeding website said it was safe. Just to be careful of drowsiness.

24 hours, but I had diarrhea too...at the same time as throwing up. And I'm a sahm of my 13 month old lol I had to throw her in an empty tub when it was happening, worst experience ever. I hope yours passes soon

I'm getting the diarrhea from it now, too.

And I know. I'm a SAHM and both kids were home ( 3 and 8 ) and my 3 year old really thought it was fun to watch me puke.  . I just keep thinking about the only good side and thinking about all the weight I'll lose    .

Lol atleast you don't gain weight from the holidays! I'm the opposite I struggle to put a pound on! I look like a starving child lol
