I think she eats it when it happens or when shes in pain but she started taking the juice plus and i guess thats helped too! But for you you should probably eat it everyday

Definitely try to talk to your doctor. It took me years of dealing with similar issues to find out I have Ibs and Gerd.

It sounds like what I deal with, have you ever had a Gastric Emptying Scan? I have Gastroparesis and get the same problems if I don't take my medicine.

No, I've never done anything about it just kind of dealt with it. It's been so bad lately though I'm going to bring it up to my OB when I go in.

Is it upper abdomen almost burning, gnawing pain? I would maybe see a GI, it took them a long time to diagnose me but the medicine really helps.

No it's lower like in my intestinal region. And it's like stabbing pains. Almost the same vicinity as my csection scar, but I KNOW it's not that.

Ok, then it isn't gastroparesis. I would still see a GI,good luck!
