posted 24th Nov
well im very over being pregnant [im due on monday] at this point i cant eat sleep or even get up without being in pain. but tonight while laying on the couch watching duc dynasty i got a reallysharp pain in my lower abdomon right above my vag and it made me cry. im dnt think it was a ccontraction considering it was only in the lower region and not all over but my little guy hasnt hardly moved [that ive notice] in almost an hour and a half. im going to take a shower and see i feel anything cause hes nomally active when i take a shower but if not and nothing changes soon im thinking ill go to the ER just to make sure....suggestions.

Eat and drink something. If they aren't fed they wont move. My doctor always said "if you are hungry you're not all hyper and wanting to do things right? Well neither do they." Try some cold oj.

Take the shower, and let the water run on your back and belly for awhile. It always helps me get my baby moving. Afterwards drink something ice cold and lay down. If nothing changes go ahead and go to L&D. Good luck

Water doesn't give him the nutrition though. Try something like juice or milk.

OJ always works the best for me. THen laying down on the left for an hour and do kick counts. My OB told me last week that even though we're so close, we need to really keep doing those kick counts. The second you feel like something could potentially be wrong, go to L&D. Always ALWAYS better safe than sorry. I won't stop being worried and paranoid until he is out in the world breathing on his own. Well, even then I'll still be paranoid about other stuff
