Are you not from the United States dumbass it was spelled out for you. You cannot consent LEGALLY until age 16 in some states 17! LAW beats out CONSENT in this situation

I'm amazed that there are people who are okay with a 19 year old impregnating a 15 year old. And somebody actually asked what the difference between 15-19 is from 18-22? How about a 15 year old is a CHILD and cannot legally consent to having sex?

Either way, I'm fairly certain, OP, that if you put BD on your BC that there's a good chance they'll have proof to press charges for statutory rape AND still charge him with child support.

I didn't read all the pages, just the first 4/5 but OP I was in your shoes one time. 8 1/2 yrs ago in 2004 of Aug. I met DH when I was 14 and he was 20. He THOUGHT by how I looked I was at least 17 but he didn't ask my age till 3 months after us dating but that was already too late for us to back off because we were just too crazy for each other by then. In 2005 of Oct I found out I was pregnant with our 1st ( we were just being dumb and careless ) so when I was in labor and went to the hospital the hospital reported it and he got arrested in the hospital the 2nd day. He stayed 2 days in jail and bonded out on a 2,000$ dollar bond( but it didn't end there, we went to court a few times after that), he plays around and calls our 1st daughter his "2,000$ dollar baby" lol..... I was tore to pieces though and very scared and I cried and so did he. He could get 2-20 yrs but we hired a lawyer and his case ended up getting thrown out( thank the lord) not sure what is gonna happen in your case but that is what happened in mine and we just celebrated 8 yrs a few months ago and the arrival of our 3rd baby. I love that man very much and we have a much better,stronger,mature, and loving relationship now than when we first said hello. Its funny how our "disgusting" relationship turned out to be 2 pple who truly- honestly loved each other. I hope all goes well for you, good luck!
