re: so tell me what a contraction feels like.

Extreme period pains. I was sick last week, like flu sick and got too dehydrated and woke up feeling like I was having the worst period of my life ..I just knew it was contractions.

eeek! so do you suggest getting the flu shot? cause my midwife said it was a good idea but i've heard of people having bad reactions.

Lol I had the epidural and at 9cm I started to feel everything it stop working... It sucked I was so mad and I was crying... I was even able to squad while pushing with no help epi still running too.

No I don't recommend it..my doctor convinced me to get a flu shot. I'd never had one before and this was the first time in like 12 years that I've gotten flu sick.

i rarely get the flu. i had it 2 years ago lol and MADE it go away by Christmas Eve.. i think i'll hold off for now.
