If someone leaves an application with initials, it will likely be thrown out because they can't do background checks, same if she put her middle and not her first, if tey try searching for her name, it doesn't show up, they won't bother, it will get thrown aside.

I didn't say that. I don't have a problem with it. It's society that does.
