grrrrr

it might sound selfish/stupid but it feels like my sis and mom feel like they have to buy Cadence's love. they always buy her stuff. i marked stuff in the black friday ads for cadence. it was supposed to give them an idea not to go buy most of it and some. my sister offered to watch Cadence tomorrow so I can Christmas shop for her. i told her she is 9 months old i can take her with me plus i did it online. she said your no fun. i feel like Cadence is gonna grow up knowing if she needs anything she can go to my mom or sis. I dont want that. I dont want her to feel like she always has to have material things. im seriously going to cry if they got her something we got her since we got her 3 things and didnt tell them we wanted to get it for her. they are always buying her outfits for holidays. mom even got her a stocking. i want to be able to pick these things!!!! you would think the lack of excitement would get the point across. my sis was even marking things for Cadence in the sales papers. i told her look she is my child would you atleast let me mark what i want her to have. i know what she needs not you. sometimes i feel like she forgets Cadence is MINE NOT HERS. i feel like they have to always buy for her because they cant buy for Coda but they dont need to go in debt buying for her. she doesnt need a crap load of stuff that she is going to outgrow soon. i jokingly said to justin we are going to have to buy a house after Christmas and I guess it wasnt a joke cuz we have no room for more stuff. my sis is always taking her from me showing her off to me and i have to go up to her and say give me my kid then she gets mad like im taking her kid from her. im really gonna go psycho if they get down there with her while shes opening presents and i feel like im being pushed to the side.

tell them to stop or you wont let her have anything they buy. if they get in your way with gifts ask them nicely to move if they don't move get rude. i have the same problem with my mom, i feel like she's trying to upstage me for kassidys 1st christmas. she knew i wanted to buy her a exsaucer but because in 1 week i didn't have the money my mom went & bought it, even though that was supposed to be her big gift from santa :/

wow! thats ridiculous. our moms had our chance with us. my sister will have her chance when she has kids. thats why i kept secret what we wanted to get her. we didnt get all of it for her cuz we cant afford it. we spent $60 on her and we will just get her a stocking and thats prolly it. the other things will be birthday unless they beat me. her bday is in feb so woohoo tax money lol   ive told them how i felt and doesnt work.

that's about our limit like $100 plus a stocking which a 5 month old really can't have much in there lol. lucky you'll have tax money to help with her bday, DDs is in july.but my entire family is the same way. we took kassidy to church for my grandpas bday last sunday & i had to take her from my mom because she just grabbed her up out of her seat in the car even though she was sleeping :/ i bought her stocking as soon as kmart started selling them because i knew if i didn't i wouldn't be able to
