Chaffing?

I was wearing my yoga pants tonight walking around Walmart for about an hour and the upper part of my inner thighs are so raw and puffy where it was rubbing I can't even let my legs touch without pain. What can I use or do to help this?

Have you heard of anti monkey but powder it has calamine lotion in it. It works awesome. You can find it by the foot or body powders
