I couldn't figure out the difference between the two measurements, I keep getting 38inches though.

So if someone is a L, then you don't think an XL will be too small? They way you're talking, you say people need two sizes bigger or no?

So if boobs are 36B, should I go a L or XL in top? I know I'll need XL bottoms so I'm going with a different style swim suit now.

If you go by cup sizes obviously just do your cup but if your song tops by sml medium large I'd do medium. And the XL bottoms are pretty big, the smaller sizes are just really small.
