period while breastfeeding

I had my first period when my son was 5 months old. (He is breastfed), then I had it again 26 days later. Is it pretty normal for your period to not be consistent if you are still breastfeeding? I am now on day 32 for this cycle, and still no sign of it.

It's normal for it to be irregular postpartum, whether you're BFing or not. It might take a while to normalize.

at what point should you be concerned that it is not regulating?

As long as you're getting a period, I don't think there's really cause for concern. Some women's periods are just completely different after having a baby.
