they do say that trimming helps hair to grow thicker but yes vitamins and triming is always a good place to start and as long as you LO is heathy i wouldnt worrie to muck my sone just barly hit 30 lbs and hes 2.5 also he is just tall and thin like his daddy. Also if you are realy worried i would check into any baby shampoo of kids hipoalergenic shampoo and conditioner that says on the bottle promotes heathy hair, because 9 time out of 10 it also helps the growing aspect of heathy hear not just making it shiny

I'm a licensed hairdresser. I know that it seems that way, believe me. My daughter's hair appears to be doing the same thing after her first haircut this week. But I know it's just how it looks, it's not actually growing any differently. That hair would be filling in (just far behind the other areas because it got a later start) whether you had cut it all or not. It was just all different lengths before, but it was already starting to grow before if it's grow
