Not losing plug?

This is my first pregnancy, so forgive me if it's a silly question. I see ladies posting all the time about losing their mucous plugs. I will be 37 weeks tomorrow and haven't lost any. Does the timing just vary by pregnancy and woman?

Some people dont lose there til right before there about go into labor.

I didn't lose mine til I was in early-active labor with my first.

ill be 37 wks on Mon. but i havent lost mine either..i was wondering the same thing...is it very noticeable or can you mistake it as just discharge...im in the same boat as you

Some women don't lose theres till they are about to deliver. And some women don't even realize they've lost it because it can come out in small pieces.

Its chunky like bugers and green.

From what I have heard, some women lose them while in active labor. Some lose them & don't even realize it. So you may have lost it & not even know. As some will tell you it doesn't matter if you lose it or not, it doesn't signify when labor will begin. But I totally understand wanting to know your body is progressing. I have only lost two tiny pieces of mine (that I know of) & it gets frustrating feeling like your body isn't doing what it's suppose to do.

I pay very close attention and wear pantyliners everyday and have only had normal, white discharge since the beginning.

i havent heared of it being green wither whiteish brownish or pinkish snot like im due tomorrow nov 24th havent notice if i lost mine i also read it can regenerate

I honestly think it looks like mucus from a sinus infection.... the last two times mine have been lime green and thick.

wow lol..not looking forward to the appearance of it but its a step closer ..  well then again it regenerate ,right? so ill be on the look out for it ...i do get discharge with a little slime but it stops ...... don't know if that's small bits or just discharge...
