It's safe to take. My OB recomended it to me for morning sickness. You can take a half or a whole.

My friend took it for Insomnia the first trimester and said it didn't help. So I'd do a whole pill.

Idk. She never said. I think it just resolved itself. But it doesn't hurt to try. What works for one may not work for another. If u don't have anywhere to go tomorrow I'd do a whole pill.

I took unisom every night my whole pregnancy because without it I couldn't sleep. My daugher came out 100% healthy

Thats good to hear!! you didnt get immune to it or need to up your dose at all?

benedryl has rarly ever worked for me in the past and then i tried melatonin last night and well i may have got sleep but definanly not normal comfortable sleep if i did, it felt terrible.

The weird thing is after having the worst two days with almost no sleep i am so much more productive and not lazy like i was EVERYDAY for a very long time. honestly i I'm thinking i use to get too much sleep and it was a negative affect on me.

I never build a tolerance to anything so it worked every night like I needed it to lol. Plus, with being pregnant comes being tired and then you take that and makes you so tired you can't fight it. So I think between those two things is why it always worked lol
