I need your tips!!

Ok so, I am 5ft6 and weighed myself today at exactly 10 stone(140lbs). I would like to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 9st(126lbs), not sure of a time frame but as soon as I can as I feel horrid! I have not put on a lot of fat weight, but my muscle has turned to fat in some areas and I would like my faint six pack back and my toned bum and thighs please god!

Hit me with all your best weight loss and muscle toning tips please

the best way is just to eat right, exercise, and drink a ton of water. For toning you'll want to do a lot of strength exercising. I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but it's the only successful way that I've come about.

It's an exercise program on dvds you can order from beachbody.com. My fiance does it and I can't wait to start after the baby! He's never had abs until he started doing the workouts. It's hard, but its so worth it....and I think they are having a Black Friday sale!

I think you should look into starting a low carb diet. I’ve had success with eating protein rich foods and cut out on starchy carbs. Basically, ate more of meat and cut out all starchy carbs, meaning no white rice, bread, pasta and potatoes. Helped me drop 28 pounds in 12 weeks.
