What about Meridith? It has the beginning sound to Mary and the ending to Elizabeth.

Or you could do Aryanna Mary-Beth. With or without the hyphen.

Omg I laugh so hard when I read this why because I go by my middle name but my first name is Arryannya said like yours is spelled. My middle name is kalise but that is not my suggestion I just thought this was nice to see. Sorry I am no help at all
