painful

I'm 22w5d and have bad pressure and pain in my vag. And bad lower back pain..its been this way almost all day hurts to even walk..you know the pressure and burning feeling wen pushing out the baby ya it feels like that...what should I do..? Also have this watery discharge that comes out jut wen I walk r sit up.. it smells alil sweet.. I'm on pill the 17p shot and vistureil to calm things down but it wont stop labor. Not sure y I feel this way it hurts .has any had this happen? I'm HR so my water breaking. And dilating too soon wit my two..
