Black Friday rant

Please do not quote, thanks.

If you're going to go shopping on Black Friday, be it at midnight or 6 am, do not be a dick to the people serving you when you have to wait in line for something because there are people ahead of you. Black Friday is all about lines. If you don't know that then you should just stay home. How about not being a smurf head and rolling your eyes when it's 3 am just because you're tired or whatever. You are not the only one who's tired, I can assure you of that but coming out so damn early/late to shop was your choice, not mine. You didn't have to stand in line starting at 11 pm, you were not forced to. You chose to do that so how about being a little bit nicer, smurf.
Geez.

My husband had to work last night from midnight till 9 am at walmart and said it was calm and almost boring. Unheard of and our town has probably close to 100,000 people in it

Same here. My DH worked 5-2 yesterday and 12-9 today. He said all they did was walk around and look at the things on sale. There was nothing else to do.

I hate Black Friday for that exact reason. It seems like all the dicks come out today. I used to work in a McDonald's inside of a Walmart and on Black Friday, I always parked in the grass out by the highway (still technically part of the lot) and someone left a note on my windshield that said, "Thanks for taking up a parking space all day, smurf," complete with smiley face.

I love people. Seriously

Wow! We have a lot more people here. It was just insane.

I have no doubt. There were so many cops around. They had a K9 unit as well.

Maybe people where i live are shopped out lol. Im sure theres gotta be some crazy going on somewhere but not at walmart lol!

I work at Walmart, it was a disaster at my store, fights, and little kids being pushed, and people getting mad that they had to stay in line waiting for their tvs instead of roaming the store.

Yeah they got lucky. And can i say everytime i see your avi it creeps me out...lol!

Yea....My job (Target) opened up Thanksgiving at 9PM  

SO's had to be there at 3AM....

I heard the Walmart in our town was crazy....like a drunk driver hit 3 people including a kid in the parking lot....

Walmarts sales started at 8pm, so i imagine by midnight most people had came and went by midnight.
