I swear I am so completely fed up with my BD this smurf is only responsible for one thing and that is to pay a freaking 70 dollars every two weeks but he can not even manage to do that. I swear he does this crap just to piss me off. First he had a really good job and they were taking it out of his check but he purposely quit that job and has not reported to the child support office where he is working at now. He won't even tell me where he is working at. So in the state of Texas the child support office told us that as long as he is paying something they wont pick up his case. So the smurf is only paying like 8 bucks or 12 the most really dude really! I would rather you not pay anything at all then insult my daughter with your sm**rfing 8 bucks! I have heard people say that if your on any kind of government assistant they take it out the child support but I have no kind of government assistant at all so he is just doing that sh** on purpose. I've tried reporting it but not a damn thing is changing. Then he expects me to let him see her when ever he wants. Why should I if you can't even do the one thing you are required to do? I told everybody that when he gets a new girlfriend he will more than likely do this crap and look he is doing it all. Not really seeing his daughter not paying child support. That no good piece of crap!!!! I have always done my best to make sure he stays in her life or at least do what I can so she will see it is him not me. But if he wants to act immature then I have no problem taking all his rights away I should of done it a long time ago when the judge gave me the opportunity to but no I had to be all nice and crap. Another thing that is pissing me off is my daughter coming home telling me that her dad got mad and took her ice cream away because she said she has two daddys. Why the hell you getting mad my fiance has been here for her for almost 4 years now he has raised her. It is not her fault that her real daddy doesnt do smurf for her so she view my fiance as her daddy. Ughhhhh and on top of that my daughter tells me that his girlfriend talks a lot of smack about me and it upsets her oooooo hell no!!!!!!

As long as he isn't a danger tithe child they won't strip the rights

There isn't really an option for me choose. Most states won't just take parental rights away unless someone else is willing to adopt the child, but in order for that to happen you have to be married. I wouldn't fight him for more child support, let him dig his own hole. Is there a visitation schedule in place? If not I would just stop contacting him and letting him see her.

The judge has suspended his custody for 6months twice!

No we have an agreement and we do not speak to each other at all or see each other my grandparents take her to see him and pretty much our court agreement is I get to decided when he can see her and it has to be in a public place. Yes That is what i have been doing let him dig his own hole but this will be the second time he gets in trouble for child support I'm just hopeing to speed it up this time and not wait almost two years.

BD's father has no bearing on his case.

Doesnt matter my court agreement says I only have to let him see her once month for 2 hours the min. It is because of me that he see's her more just because i dont want to be the reason that ava uses to say he is never around or involved.
