and just as an aside... he is 57k behind in child support payments. In all he's paid a whooping total of $600, my kids are 14 and 11. Currently he does not have visitation rights, those were taken away after he was convicted of meth possession (his 4th felony, 2 of which I was the victim of). Despite this they still will not sever his rights completely.
