No, I didn't, and I also saw where you said his dad shows up all the time.

Paying child support and seeing the kid have nothing to do with eachother... my ex was on parole, for having firearms on hm 2 diff times, living in a house with 2 other parolees.. and they still gave him joint custody... he's a professional mma fighter... and he told the judge he was in school couldn't pay much child support, they put it to 130 every 2 weeks... that was an insult, 130.00 wasn't even 1 week of tuition for Dean.
Can't put him on my husbands plan, so I have to pay outta pocket for his insurance 160.00 a month...
3 years later... he's driving a new car every 6 months... while we pay around 7,000. A year just in tuition and med ins.

If. U want, u could go file and get cash aid for ur kid, u will get decent amount, and the county will find him, and go after him and eventually they will fix it to where u get the money from him... and he will have to pay back whatever was paid to u...

I had medical and got few month of cash aid when dean was in hosp. The county susepended his license, and took his income tax return 2 years in a row lol

I get state help but they still have dont nothing, i had his address, but they never decided to get a PI he moved out of state so now my case is just going to sit there works for me.

Yeah doesn't matter. My children's father was living his father who has been accused of child molestation. That did not deter the court from ordering me to take my children there every there weekend.

What exactly is cash aid? I know the first time he got 10,000 dollars behind they caught up to him and took it out of his check till he caught up and once he did catch up I really believe he quit his job on purpose so they can't take it from his check. When I called to say he wasn't paying what he is suppose to they told me since he hasnt reported his new job they can't do anything and as long as he is paying something even 8 bucks they will not pick up the case till he is more than 1000 behind.
