i son has to do this FF anyways because my seat is to far back BUT if my car seat was not FF only i would have turned him back around when we got the van.... My 5 month old will be RF till she is to tall or to heavy for the seat to safely RF.

Kids are never to tall to RF,,, Graco has a new seat that is a carrier that grows with the child till they are 2.

That's seriously a huge beef with me. I hate that people see it as a milestone. And the other day, I had a lady tell me she should call CPS for me RF my 2 year old because they HAVE to be turned around by one. Sorry. My kid is 36", but she is only 23 lbs. Not happening.

Just an fyi, most people in insurance are not educated on the Carseat laws. I worked in insurance for 6 years and we never had any "carseat" training.... So your insurance people were telling you what you wanted to hear.

My other favorite cop out is that someones car is too small to RF.

I drive a tiny ass coupe. I still RF. It's not that hard. The difference is, I'm not lazy.

What kind of car was it? Read my next post... Unless it's a two seater, I think that's a BS excuse.

Gotcha. Cause people would go by the limits of their infant carrier and not even get a convertible seat.
