water breaking before labor

If your water broke before you were in labor, did it happen with your other pregnancies thereafter?

with my second child my water broke at 37 weeks and I had to be induced as I was not in labor. The same exact thing happened with my third child, too. I'm kind of wondering what the reason behind it is, and if I had another baby if it would likely happen again.

Anyone had this happen more than once?

My water broke with my first at 36 weeks 5 days and never happened again that way. Two times Dr broke my water while I was in labor and this last time I was at 7 cm and my water broke on it's own.

it broke during my 37th week with my first and I had to be induced because of no signs of labour. With my second it had to be broken because I was ready to push and had started labour naturally and right on time, with my third I went almost 2 weeks overdue and didn't start labouring until I sprung a leak, my midwife again broke it all the way before pushing.
Not sure the reasoning behind any of them. I did have a massage a few days before my water broke with my first though not sure if its related.
