That's good. I think midwives are amazing. They really push for natural births, something our bodies were designed to do. I really felt my midwife explained everything to me and was with me every step of the way, she even gave me her mobile number in case I had any problems, and txted me occasionally to see how I was doing! I was gutted I didn't get her for my birth but she had just completed a shift delivering another woman's baby and needed sleep, but the other midwives I saw were brilliant too. Unfortunately I needed medical intervention but they were so nice about it and explained everything!
Aw I'm so sorry for her
but glad she had a good experience in our health care system. I hate it when people bad mouth it, it's not only free but extremely up-to-date and all the staff are well trained and practice within certain guidelines. Who can argue with that?
